Yes, our employees are covered with Workers’ Compensation, our business with General Liability, and are we're fully Bonded. This covers your home, our cleaners, and our business.

We can customize a cleaning schedule that can fit into your personal life and budget. Whether you hire us to clean your home weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, or one-time.

We have solo cleaners and 2-person teams. The size of the team that cleans your home depends on the location and the size of your home.

We service the following locations in the Greater Rockford Area: Loves Park, Rockford and Machesney Park. At this time, we're servicing clients within a 10 mile radius from our office at 7910 Scott Lane in Machesney Park, IL 61115.

You do not need to be at home. Whatever you are comfortable with is what matters. You can allow us to have access to your home in a variety of ways:

*Give us a key

*Give us an alarm or garage code

*Leave key in a safe place each visit

No. We provide all supplies and equipment. If you have a special request, you may leave the product in a visible place for the team to use.

Payment is due at time of service via a debit or credit card.

Yes. We ask that if you need to cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice to allow us to change scheduling for the team. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a service fee of $40.00 plus taxes will apply. If canceling the same day or if we arrive at your home and are locked out, a charge in the amount of half of your usual service fee or $40.00 (whichever is greater) will be charged to you.
