🎉 Michelle celebrating 3 years working at Les’ Cleaning Services, please help me congratulate her on this journey. Michelle is the youngest employee that I’ve hired but definitely carries herself very mature. Michelle is more on the quiet side but is very sweet, caring and really cares about her job. She loves to make our clients “HAPPY” but does get a little bummed out if she forget to clean something but is willing and wanting to make it RIGHT!!! Constructive criticism isn’t always easy but when you find an employee who is open to it and willing to learn and grow from it, you not only have an AMAZING employee you have a ROCKSTAR!!! What is your favorite 😍 room to clean in a home 🏡 and why? I enjoy cleaning kitchens because I like to see the before and after results. I also enjoy making things shine like the faucets, sinks and stainless steel appliances.
What do you enjoy most about working for Les’ Cleaning Services? My boss is very supportive, caring, accommodating and flexible. It’s nice to work for a company that cares and is willing to work with my schedule. I needed a lot of time off with being a new mommy and my son being born premature with health challenges. My boss was very supportive during the process and never rushed me to come back to work and assured me that my job would be available when I was ready to come back to work.
What are your hobbies and things you enjoy to do when you’re not cleaning/working? I enjoy spending time with my son Landon and watching him grow. I love being able to work a few hours and still being there for all of his first milestones - crawling, walking, talking to name a few. I also enjoy shopping on my free time and finding a good bargain.
